Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo. You will be warmly welcomed by your private chauffeur-guide and transferred to Negombo (approx. 20 minutes).
Negombo is a relaxed coastal town ideal for recovering from your international flight. Spend the evening at leisure, enjoying the beach or hotel pool.
Overnight: Negombo
After breakfast, journey towards Sri Lanka’s Cultural Triangle (approx. 4–5 hours drive).
En route, optional stop at a local village for an authentic rural experience including a short bullock cart ride and traditional lunch (optional).
Evening at leisure or relax at your hotel surrounded by tropical landscapes.
Overnight: Sigiriya / Dambulla
This morning, climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress (UNESCO World Heritage Site) — a dramatic 5th-century palace built atop a towering rock.
Later, visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, home to beautifully preserved Buddhist murals and statues.
Optional: Late afternoon Minneriya or Kaudulla National Park Jeep Safari to witness wild elephants in their natural habitat (seasonal elephant gathering).
Overnight: Sigiriya / Dambulla
After breakfast, travel to Kandy (approx. 2.5–3 hours).
En route:

• Learn about Sri Lanka’s famous cinnamon, cardamom and herbal remedies
Arrive in Kandy, Sri Lanka’s cultural capital set among scenic hills.
Evening optional cultural dance performance.

Today, explore the highlights of Kandy:
- Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Sri Lanka’s most sacred Buddhist shrine)
• Kandy Lake
• Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya
• Local handicraft & gem museum
Evening at leisure.

Experience one of the world’s most scenic train journeys as you travel through rolling tea plantations and mist-covered mountains.

Visit a Tea Factory & Plantation to learn about Ceylon tea production and enjoy a tasting session.
Cooler climate and colonial architecture make this region unique.
Overnight: Nuwara Eliya or Ella
After breakfast, enjoy scenic stops at waterfalls and mountain viewpoints before descending towards Sri Lanka’s golden southern coastline.
Arrive at your beach resort and relax by the Indian Ocean.
Overnight: Bentota / Mirissa / Unawatuna
