Visa requirements for Indian travelers have been waived by the Government of Malaysia until December 2024 (subject to change).
Travelers must complete Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) within 3 days before arrival.
Tourism Taxes (Payable at Hotel)
• Tourism Tax: RM 10 per room per night
• Sustainability Tax (Pahang): RM 3 per room per night
• Langkawi State Tourism Fee: RM 3 – RM 5 per room per night
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing via email to Luxeway Holidays.
Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
• 30 days or more prior to arrival – 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
• 21 – 29 days prior to arrival – Cancellation charges will depend on hotel, transfer, and activity supplier policies.
• 20 days or less prior to arrival – 100% cancellation charges will apply.

- Processing time for eligible refunds is 7 – 14 working days.
