GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS – LUXEWAY HOLIDAYS
1. General Conditions
LUXEWAY HOLIDAYS reserves the right to revise package prices due to changes in government taxes, fuel costs, labor charges, exchange rates (IDR/USD), or other applicable fees.

All prices must be reconfirmed before final booking.

Guests must follow all Indonesian travel regulations, including:

Bali Tourism Levy: IDR 150,000 per person

Visa Fee: IDR 500,000 per person (if applicable)

LAND TOUR PACKAGE TERMS
All land tour packages are based on private transfers using Standard Vehicle (Suzuki APV) unless mentioned otherwise.

Insurance coverage is included for transportation and tours, subject to policy terms.

Package rates may change due to currency fluctuations.

Dinner Cruises are subject to availability and may be cancelled due to private bookings.

If any tour/activity becomes unavailable, an alternative of equal value will be provided.

Any service upgrades will be charged additionally.

Expenses not mentioned in the package will be borne by the client.

Last-minute itinerary changes are not allowed.

No refund will be given for unused tours or services.

No refund for cancellations due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients must verify the complete itinerary before making payment.

No claims or additions will be accepted after final confirmation and payment.

HOTEL / ACCOMMODATION TERMS
Hotel rates are valid for FIT (Free Individual Travellers) only; they do not apply to groups or conferences.

Rates are subject to change based on currency fluctuations.

Complete booking details are required:

• Guest names
• Number of passengers
• Travel dates
• Flight details
• Hotel name and room type

Standard check-in time: After 2:00 PM
Standard check-out time: Before 12:00 Noon

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

Room type (Double/Twin/Connecting/Adjacent) depends on availability at check-in.

Special requests (bed type, nearby rooms) are subject to hotel approval.

Early check-out will be charged in full.

Last-minute changes are subject to availability and price revision.

Guests are advised to check hotel reviews before booking.

Peak & High Season Policy
Full advance payment is required during peak/high seasons.

Payments are non-refundable as per hotel policy.

No check-out on 31st December.

Mandatory New Year’s Eve Dinner applies on 31st December.

Minimum stay rules may apply from late December to early January.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payments can be made through the following methods:

1. Credit Card
Accepted Cards: Visa / MasterCard / JCB

Service Charge: 3%

Only Credit Cards accepted (No Debit Cards)

2. Western Union
Payment to be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)

3. Bank Transfer / Remittance
Available for hotel bookings of minimum 3 nights with complete land arrangements.

If not applicable, USD 25 bank charges will be added.

All bank charges must be paid by the sender (No sharing of charges).

IMPORTANT NOTES

• All prices must be reconfirmed before booking.
• Full payment is required as per hotel and tour policies.
• Cancellation, amendment, and no-show policies will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.
• Any loss due to incomplete or incorrect information will be the client’s responsibility.
