These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Luxeway Holidays for travel services in India. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the following terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A minimum 30–40% advance payment is required to confirm the tour package.
• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival in India.
• Bookings made within 30 days of travel require 100% payment at confirmation.
• Confirmation vouchers will be issued only after receipt of the advance payment.

2. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via:

• International Bank Transfer
• Wise / Online Transfer
• Secure Payment Gateway

Important Payment Notes

• All international bank charges must be borne by the client.
• Any currency conversion charges are payable by the client.
• Payments must be completed before travel commencement.

3. Hotel Policy

• Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• In case of non-availability, a similar category hotel will be provided.
• Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 hrs
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and extra charges.

4. Transportation Policy

• Private air-conditioned vehicle will be provided as per itinerary.
• Vehicle will be available only for the sightseeing and transfers mentioned in the itinerary.
• Any extra usage beyond the planned itinerary will be charged additionally.
• Drivers are not authorized to change the itinerary without approval from the tour operator.

5. Tour Guide Services

• English-speaking guides will be provided where included in the package.
• Guides will accompany clients only during scheduled sightseeing.
• Guide services beyond scheduled hours may incur additional charges.

6. Activities & Excursions

• Activities such as camel safari, boat rides, cultural shows, jeep safaris, or adventure activities are subject to local weather conditions and government regulations.
• Luxeway Holidays acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for third-party activity providers.
• Any personal activity booked directly by clients will be at their own risk.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• 45 days before arrival – 20% of total tour cost
• 30–44 days before arrival – 30% of total tour cost
• 15–29 days before arrival – 50% of total tour cost
• 07–14 days before arrival – 75% of total tour cost
• Less than 07 days or no show – 100% cancellation charges

Refund processing may take 15–20 working days after cancellation confirmation.

8. Travel Insurance

• All international travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
  • Trip cancellation
  • Medical emergencies
  • Personal belongings
  • Flight delays

Luxeway Holidays will not be responsible for any losses due to lack of travel insurance.

9. Passport, Visa & Documentation

• Clients must ensure their passport validity (minimum 6 months) from the date of travel.
• Valid Indian tourist visa is mandatory before arrival.
• Luxeway Holidays will not be responsible for denied boarding or immigration issues.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Luxeway Holidays shall not be responsible for:

• Flight delays or cancellations
• Natural disasters
• Political disturbances
• Road closures or weather disruptions
• Loss of personal belongings

In such cases, additional costs incurred will be borne by the client.

11. Health & Safety

Clients must inform the company in advance about:

• Medical conditions
• Dietary restrictions
• Special assistance requirements

Luxeway Holidays reserves the right to decline participation in activities if health conditions pose risks.

12. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel services without liability.

13. Governing Law

All bookings and agreements shall be governed under the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the booking and making the payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
